Meet Rose Winkeler.

Rose Winkeler brings over 15 years of legal experience to her focus on estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Her approach centers on providing compassionate, solution-oriented representation tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Rose is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to plan for the future, navigate complex legal processes, and secure peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones.

Before joining the firm, Rose served as the Senior Civil Deputy County Attorney for Coconino County, where she represented the County Board of Supervisors, Elected Officials, and various County departments and special districts. Earlier in her career, she worked with Community Legal Services in Phoenix, advocating for low-income residents facing housing insecurity.

Rose earned her law degree with honors from the University of Iowa College of Law and holds a B.A. from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She has called Flagstaff home since 2010, where she enjoys running and hiking on Northern Arizona’s many trails. An active community member, Rose volunteers with the Flagstaff Literacy Center, Girls on the Run of Northern Arizona, and the Flinn Foundation. She participated in the Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy in 2018 and has served on the Coconino County Judicial Nominating Commission since its inception in 2020.
